Elvish Yadav: Popular YouTuber and Alleged Big Boss Winner Faces Controversy Over Snake Venom Use.


Elvish Yadav and Five Others Booked for Allegedly Supplying Snake Venom at a Delhi-NCR Party

The Noida Police has taken action against six individuals, including popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav, in connection with the alleged provision of snake venom for recreational purposes at rave parties.

 An FIR has been registered under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and charges of criminal conspiracy as per the Indian Penal Code (IPC).




 While five of the persons mentioned in the FIR have been arrested, Elvish Yadav has denied the allegations and expressed his willingness to fully cooperate with the Uttar Pradesh (UP) police regarding the matter.

Who is Elvish Yadav, and what charges have been filed against him?

1. Elvish Yadav is an Indian YouTuber and singer hailing from Gurugram. He gained widespread recognition and popularity by emerging as the victor of the 'Big Boss OTT 2' reality show, which was hosted by Salman Khan in the current year.

2.Elvish Yadav initiated his YouTube journey in 2016 with a channel named 'The Social Factory,' which focused primarily on flash fiction and conceptual short films. 

Subsequently, he rebranded it under his own name, 'Elvish Yadav.' In 2019, he launched an additional YouTube channel, 'Elvish Yadav vlogs,' where he created daily vlogs and provided movie critiques alongside his friends and family. 

In 2023, he expanded his online presence by establishing 'Elvish Yadav Gaming,' a gaming-focused YouTube channel.

3.In addition to his role as a social media influencer, Yadav is the proprietor of two clothing brands: 'Systumm clothing' and 'Elgro Women.' He also heads an NGO known as the 'Elvish Yadav Foundation,' dedicated to offering educational support to underprivileged children and providing free meals to those in need.

4.Elvish Yadav and five others, including Rahul, Titunath, Jayakaran, Narayan, and Ravinath, have been booked for allegedly providing snake venom for recreational purposes at an event in Delhi-NCR.

 The charges were filed based on a complaint from an animal welfare activist associated with People For Animals, an NGO led by Maneka Gandhi. According to the complaint, Elvish Yadav was contacted to organize a rave party and secure Cobra venom. 

Subsequently, the Noida police, accompanied by the DFO, arrested the organizers at Sector 51 Banquet Hall.

5. In response to the FIR, Elvish Yadav has vehemently denied the allegations, deeming them "completely baseless and untrue." He issued a statement, asserting,
"I am willing to accept responsibility if any genuine evidence links me even to 1% involvement in this matter. The media should refrain from tarnishing my reputation unless my involvement is thoroughly investigated."
