In the beginning, Shizuka Minamoto presented her handmade cookies to her friends in the classroom. Just then, Nobita entered, excited. He ran towards Shizuka, but accidentally dropped all the cookies.

Shizuka cried, and Nobita felt genuinely sorry. When the school ended, Nobita tried to reach her to apologize, but Shizuka's other friend reached her first.

 So, Nobita was unable to reach her. He went home, entered his room, met Doraemon, and started crying.

Doraemon said, "Tell her sorry; she will understand." But Nobita did not want to. So, Doraemon brought out a gadget, the "BUTTERFLY LETTER." Nobita asked, "How will it work?"

Doraemon told Nobita to write on the letter, "Mom, please lend them snacks." Doraemon folded the letter and left it. The letter sat on Nobita's mom's shoulder, and she happily read it. 

Not only did mom bring snacks, but she also brought ice cream. So, Nobita wrote a sorry letter and left it. The letter started flying, and Nobita ran after it.

Shizuka was talking to Gian and Suneo when the letter reached her. Suneo tried to grab it to read it, but Nobita accidentally hit Shizuka on her face. She cried and ran away.

Nobita went home and cried, so they sent more letters. Gian and Suneo knew that Nobita would send more letters. Shizuka saw them and invited them in. 

As the letters came, they kept on catching them. When it was time to leave, Nobita came in anger, saying, "Why are you doing this? Not even a call?" Shizuka went in angrily.

Gian and Suneo laughed. Gian had the butterflies, and his mom shouted, so all the letters reached Shizuka. She was sorry when Nobita was crying, and Shizuka called him.
